Fed: Detention death sparks renewed attack on govt
The death of a student thrown into a detention centre after she overstayed her visahas sparked renewed attacks on the federal government's mandatory detention policy.
The Vietnamese woman, believed to be aged 33, died in Liverpool Hospital yesterdayfrom injuries she sustained in a fall at Sydney's Villawood Detention Centre on January8th.
