BRITISH airlines have cancelled flights to Florida with Hurricane Frances on course to bring havoc to the sunshine state. About 2.5 million residents have been told to head inland while all flights from Florida are due to be grounded from today. Virgin Atlantic, Thomas Cook and British Airways have all cancelled flights for today, tomorrow, and Sunday. About 6,000 Britons were due to fly home on package tours this weekend from Florida, with about the same number going out from the UK.
